Shipping & Delivery

All Pakistan orders over Rs. 3,000 include free delivery to your address, and International orders will attract a freight service charge to your destination.


Our priority flat shipping fee is listed below, Pakistan wide for orders under Rs. 3,000. Orders over Rs. 3,000 receive free shipping. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of cleared &verfied confirmation. Standard Delivery within Pakistan takes 2-3 Days after the shipment.

  • Order Amount up to Rs. 1000
  • Shipping Charges Rs. 200
  • Order Amount up to Rs. 1500
  • Shipping Charges Rs. 150
  • Order Amount up to Rs. 2,999
  • Shipping Charges Rs. 100

*For all other locations outside of Pakistan, delivery may take 10-21 days depending on your location.


  • Incorrect address has been entered in the shipping details when placing the order.
  • Incorrect credit card information (non-Pakistan Residents only) was entered against the order. Please double check all details at the time of order as your order will only be ship if payment has been successful.
  • Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders, and this may delay shipping.
  • If your order will be delayed for any reason we are aware of, we may contact you directly via phone or email to advise of the delay.


All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility that is based in Lahore. We use various courier services to delivery your order.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from MY BRAND containing your tracking number and the assigned courier who will deliver your order. If you don't receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your Order Details or contact MY BRAND using the Contact Us form or email at orders@mybrand.com.pk.

Once you have your tracking number you can track your parcel by clicking on the assigned courier;
Please allow 12 hours for your package to register in the system before attempting to track your parcel. For all international orders please allow 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel.


What payment methods do you accept?

MY BRAND offers you multiple payment methods. We accept payment via "cash on Delivery". With Cash on Delivery, you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. In addition, payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking are also accepted

What is the process for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) purchase?

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order with CASH at the time of delivery. When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery order?

  • Add your desired item(s) to the cart and proceed to checkout
  • You have the option to create an account or checkout as a Guest
  • Next, enter your shipping and billing address details, both can be same
  • When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery"
